Expansion Joints

Turn-key expansion joint replacements for your turbine outlet, boiler, enclosures, economizer, precipitator, and exhaust ducts for coal and natural gas.  We offer design services for bellows to fabric expansion joint conversions, as well as expansion joints for custom applications where difficult access may be required.  

In addition to the flyer, the pictures show a replacement of the Mitsubishi M501G 00 expansion joint belt at the turbine outlet inside of turbine compartment.  We use a layered PTFE system that can take more heat and last longer than the Viton alternative.  We have these in service, and they are performing as planned.
